AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You buy this as a contract based on how many users you cover. Five plan tiers scale by included user count: Hook Starter covers 50 users, Hook Plus Small Business covers 100, Hook Plus Small Enterprise covers 1,000, Hook Plus Enterprise covers 5,000, and Hook Plus Super Enterprise covers 10,000. You pick the tier that matches your headcount. The Additional Usage dimension lets you add coverage beyond your plan's included users. This means you scale up without switching plans as your user count grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing across these plans?
A user is one employee account that receives training and phishing tests. Each plan includes a set number of users: 50, 100, 1,000, 5,000, or 10,000. Users sync automatically from your identity provider as people join or leave, so your covered count reflects your active workforce.
What happens if my employee count grows beyond my plan's included users?
You add the Additional Usage dimension to cover users beyond your plan's included count. This lets you expand coverage without switching to a different plan. The extra users are billed on top of your base plan, so only the added headcount drives the additional charge.
Which drives my cost — the plan tier or the added users?
Your base plan sets the cost for its included user count. If you stay within that count, the plan price is your charge. Additional Usage bills separately for any users beyond the included amount. Both appear on the same invoice, with the plan tier forming the base and extra users adding to it.
