Most teams have people spending hours on repetitive work that software should have handled years ago. Autohive lets them hand that work to an AI agent they built themselves, described in plain language, without a developer and without adding a licence every time someone new needs access.
Describe what you need done in plain language, and Autohive turns it into a working agent. Your team doesn't need to write code or understand the AI infrastructure behind it. Agents work with your organisation's instructions, knowledge, files, and connected business applications to complete tasks the way your business expects.
Use Autohive to:
Automate recurring business processes and administrative work
Analyse documents, data, conversations, and customer feedback
Generate reports, summaries, content, and structured outputs
Connect workflows across the applications your team already uses
Schedule agents to run automatically or trigger them from external events
Keep people in control by requiring approval before sensitive actions
Standardise reusable processes across agents with shared skills and instructions
Autohive integrates with the tools teams already run on, including Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Xero, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and more. People can work with agents directly in Autohive, inside connected apps, or through automated workflows.
Autohive handles the models, tools, execution, and orchestration behind the scenes, so your team can focus on the work rather than the machinery that runs it.
Start with an existing agent, or build one around your own processes. Autohive gives everyday business teams access to AI agents, backed by the controls, permissions, and visibility needed to deploy them responsibly.
Highlights
Build agents without code, describe the work you need completed in plain language, and turn it into a reusable AI agent in minutes.
Unlimited seats on every plan. Add your whole team without adding cost, so agents get used by the people doing the work rather than one licensed builder.
Automate work with human oversight, run agents on demand, on a schedule, or from triggers, with approval controls for sensitive actions.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You pick one contracted plan billed on a monthly credit allotment. Starter includes 3 million credits per month. Team includes 18 million credits per month. Both offer unlimited seats, so pricing scales by credit volume rather than per user. Credits fuel your AI agent tasks, with heavier or more complex work using more. If you exceed your plan's included credits, the Credits overage dimension bills the extra usage past your contracted amount. This add-on applies on top of your chosen plan and lets you keep running without waiting for the next billing cycle.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as a credit, and how many credits does a task use?
A credit is the unit that fuels each AI agent task. Usage varies by task type. Simple work, like answering questions from your uploaded documents, uses fewer credits. Complex analysis or content generation uses more. Your plan's monthly credit total sets how much agent activity you can run before overage applies.
Do unused monthly credits roll over, or do they reset each cycle?
Your subscription credits reset each month. When your billing cycle resets, you start with a fresh monthly quota. Unused subscription credits do not carry forward. Overage credits you purchase last for a rolling 90 days, and the system uses the earliest-expiring credits first.
What happens if I use up my plan's included credits before the month ends?
You get a warning email and an in-app banner as you near your limit. The Credits overage dimension bills usage past your contracted amount, letting agents keep running. If you take no action and have no overage, your work pauses until the next billing cycle begins.
