"Our goal is your total satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact support@pokee.ai within 30 days of your initial purchase. We offer full or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis depending on usage and circumstances. Please include your AWS Account ID and a brief reason for the request."
