Using the AWS Well-Architected Framework as a foundation, we provide insights into your workloads and offer step-by-step guidance toward a more efficient and cost-effective cloud solution whenever needed. Our AWS Certified Solutions Architects utilize their expertise to conduct a comprehensive review of your current AWS workloads' performance. Based on this analysis, we recommend how these workloads can be optimized to align with best practices and meet your business objectives.

Our AWS Certified Solutions Architects, along with Well-Architected Ambassadors, conduct an in-depth evaluation of your AWS workloads and suggest improvements to ensure they adhere to best practices and align with your business goals.

Together, we will create an action plan to implement the recommended improvements. Once the plan is finalized, we will also assist you in applying for up to 10% of net new spend resulting from the remediation as AWS service credits to help offset the costs of Business Compass LLC executing the remediation work.

Initial Review

During this 30 minute introductory call, we will identify and prioritize what workload will be reviewed and ask questions about your current architecture as it relates to the six pillars of the Well-Architected Framework Review.

Well-Architected Framework Review

This 2 hour workshop is critical to a Well-Architected Framework Review. Our cloud architects will use the AWS Well-Architected tool to evaluate and assess your current architecture with input from your key stakeholders. Review will cover 6 key pillars - operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimisation and Sustainability

Findings + Reports

In the 60 minute review meeting, we will present with our findings, which includes what parts of your environment is well-architected, needs improvement, and have critical risks. Report, highlighting all high-level, and medium-level risks

Remediation

• An agreed set of high-level risks remediated by Business Compass LLC, a minimum of 45 percent
• An action plan to guide the remediation of the rest of the risks identified
