Engineering Enablement Lighthouse

We embed engineers with your development to accelerate a key initiative, while coaching and improving engineering patterns and practices. We work at the intersection of people, process, and technology to identify and remove blockers to developer productivity, with the ultimate goal of enabling your teams to deliver value to production safer and faster.

We'll work with you to identify a key initiative to embed with, generally landing 2-4 engineers for 12-16 weeks to both provide additional engineering capacity, as well as surface opportunities for acceleration and more efficient and effective usage of AWS Services.

This may include things like setting up landing zones, leveraging Terraform or AWS CDK to automate software and AWS resource delivery, leveraging Amazon EKS to provide a Kubernetes-based compute platform for your developers, etc.

Each engagement will uncover specific recommendations to better enable your teams to harness the power of the AWS Cloud.
