Oncoshot is a Federated Platform to exchange aggregated information about cancer patient population. Hospitals and Clinics connect to it using Oncoshot App for Hospitals (this product). After hospital subscribes to this app, it can use app's API to pass de-identified patients information into federated database. This information will be used to run study eligibility queries and share aggregated patient information with Pharma and CRO companies after hospital's review and approval.
Oncoshot platform does not work with patient identifiable information and never shares individual patient data with anyone.
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Pricing scales by the number of patients your hospital manages on the platform. You choose one of four tiers based on your patient population size. The three lower tiers place you in a multi-tenant Oncoshot Cluster, where you share infrastructure with other institutions. The largest tier, supporting up to one million patients, gives you a single-tenant Oncoshot Cluster with dedicated infrastructure. As your patient count grows, you move to a higher tier. This structure ties your cost directly to the scale of patient data you handle.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts toward the patient count that determines my tier?
Your tier is based on the number of patients your hospital manages within the Oncoshot platform. The platform structures and categorizes patient EHR data to support clinical trial matching. Your patient population size places you in the tier that covers that count, from under 1,000 up to under 1,000,000 patients.
What is the difference between the multi-tenant and single-tenant Oncoshot Cluster tiers?
The three lower tiers place your hospital in a multi-tenant Oncoshot Cluster, sharing infrastructure with other institutions. The tier supporting up to 1,000,000 patients uses a single-tenant Oncoshot Cluster with infrastructure dedicated to your hospital alone. Oncoshot's federated design keeps your data within your hospital in both setups.
What happens to my cost if my patient count crosses a tier boundary?
Cost is tied to your patient population size. If your patient count grows past your current tier's limit, you move to the next tier that covers your new count. Since this is a contract, contact the vendor to confirm how a mid-term tier change is applied.
