    What do you like best about the product?
    Ortto provides an excellent combination of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and analytics in a single platform. Its visual campaign builder and intuitive interface make it easy to design workflows, segment audiences, and track performance in real time.

    The best part about Ortto is its ability to integrate data from multiple sources and present it through clear, actionable dashboards. It gives a complete view of customer behavior, helping us make data-driven marketing decisions with confidence.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    While Ortto is powerful, it can take some time to explore all its features and understand the full potential. A few advanced settings could be made more intuitive for first-time users.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Ortto helps us automate customer communication, manage email campaigns, and track user engagement in one place. This has reduced manual effort, improved lead nurturing, and increased overall marketing efficiency.

    I enjoyed the 'Visual Journey' aspect of the product as well as the way it offers multiple avenues to reach patients— text, in-app, and email!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The price point isn't ideal for a business our size.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    The variety of ways that are offered to reach our patients is very beneficial. It's a nicely customizable product to tailor to certain patient demographics/behaviors. It's helped when promoting whitening specials or Invisalign events.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The visual journey builder makes automation feel intuitive and accessible. Advanced segmentation options allow for targeting based on both user behavior and demographic data. With support for multiple channels, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging, communication can be managed seamlessly. Real-time analytics and customizable reporting provide valuable insights, and integration with Salesforce adds to its versatility.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The pricing feels quite steep, and there are some limitations when it comes to reporting. Additionally, the support could be improved, as it is not the best.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Ortto combines customer data management, email marketing, and automation in a single platform. I like how easy it is to build customer journeys and segment audiences based on behavior and demographics. The dashboards are very clear, making it simple to track conversions, engagement, and campaign success.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The learning curve can be steep at first, especially when setting up more advanced automations. Also, while integrations are strong, a few more native options with niche tools would make it even better.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Ortto helps centralize customer data and connect it directly to marketing automation. This solves the problem of fragmented systems and makes it easier to understand customer behavior, personalize communication, and improve retention. It has helped me save time on manual tasks while boosting overall campaign performance.
