What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface to access and work with campaigns, audiences and connectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily dislike, but it would be helpful to have certain filters across dashboards so you can breakdown overall email performance by certain campaigns. There are certain difficulties in being able to report on unsubscribes etc easy from a campaign level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to communicate with customers on an ad-hoc basis, across a journey perspective and being able to break down our audience by various different rules across our Salesforce connection.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Ortto incredibly useful for prospecting with their widgets that help capture emails. Their CDP tool is great for attribution, allowing me to know where a user came from by checking session data like UTMs. I also appreciate their email marketing platform, which is key for customer retention and expansion by sending offers to current customers. Their support team really stands out, replying within minutes and solving my problems quickly. I love that the platform is extensive but still easy to customize, offering multiple integrations, and the pricing model is affordable since there’s no usage fee, just a flat monthly charge which helps me avoid considering other platforms. The initial setup of Ortto was very straightforward, making the process smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's too technical and it's difficult to find certain settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ortto for prospecting, capturing emails, and knowing user origins with their CDP tool. Their email marketing boosts customer retention. The support team is fast, and their pricing is flat with no usage fees, which keeps it affordable.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface and easy analytical reporting on Ortto. My favorite feature is the calendar view, which really helps me assess our posting schedule. I also really enjoy the EDM editing features and interface; it makes it very easy when doing end-of-month reporting to see what sends I made in the previous month. The editing features and interface are easy to use, and it is quite straightforward to make a nicely templated EDM for sending. I also found the initial setup to be an easy transition for my team and the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I am a fan of the interface, it can become a little fiddly at times, especially when it comes to adding images and getting formatting and sizing to work properly. It's just the sizing editing is a bit fiddly, and doesn't work sometimes correctly. It requires me to close out and re-enter to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ortto for EDM sends, and I like the easy analytical reporting. The calendar view helps assess our posting schedule, and the EDM editing features make creating templated emails straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
That it intergrates with so many other CRMs and is easy to use. But it also offers our team flexibility to use Ortto throughout the whole team.

I would like more flexible traning solutions from Ortto as a company.

What do you like best about the product?
It was an excellent way to quikly revise and test ideas. Easy to use. I used it almsot daily for a quite a while when doing emails and newsletters as the community manager for an edtech startup.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes got conflicting information on how results would rank with the audience, and sometimes the results would be repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a good way to test ideas and get and review data. It made completing newsletters and mass emails very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Ortto is how easy it makes it to manage customer data and run campaigns all in one place. The interface feels clean and intuitive, the journeys are simple to build, and the insights are laid out clearly without ever becoming overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Ortto is that it can feel a bit complex at first, especially when I’m trying to set up more advanced journeys. Some features have a noticeable learning curve, and the platform can also slow down when I’m working with larger datasets, which makes the overall experience feel less smooth at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto addresses the challenge of scattered customer data by bringing everything together in one place. For me, that makes it much easier to send personalized, automated messages and to get a clearer view of customer behavior, without having to manage every step by hand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Ortto because it allows me to segment data by demographic, behavioral, or budget aspects, making it easier to know what actions to apply in each customer category. This is particularly useful for optimizing our marketing campaigns and attracting new prospects. Additionally, I really appreciate how it allows adding detailed information about each customer and creating invaluable summaries based on their status. I also value Ortto's analytics, which are quite easy to interpret, saving me time in analyzing results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel that the Ortto portal is mainly intended for companies with several years of experience, which can make it a bit complicated to use for companies like mine that, although we have many years of operation, are just now applying these types of systems and the adaptation is a bit slow. Additionally, the initial setup was complicated since we had never used systems like these and did not have the proper training, which took us weeks to be able to use it correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Ortto to create marketing campaigns, segment data, and easily analyze results, which helps me attract new prospects and save time when studying analytics.
