Spryker offers a Digital Opportunity Assessment to answer all relevant questions and gives guidance to identify digital opportunity areas.
The Digital Opportunity Assessment is not directly related to Spryker’s product. The result is a short list of potential digital business models and components.
How does the Digital Opportunity Assessment workflow look like?

Calibration Survey: A survey shared prior to the assessment to get a high-level understanding of the status quo, challenges, and goals. Base of the pre-assessment outside-in-analysis.

Digital Opportunity Assessment: Introduction of selected elements of Spryker’s Business Model Navigator. Joint evaluation of relevance in accordance with stakeholder needs. Identification of business opportunity areas and development of high-level use cases.

Follow-Up (optional): Next steps may be aligned to review a potential roadmap or operationalization of the identified opportunity areas and business models. The Digital Opportunity Assessment shall enable companies with:

A greater understanding of digital revenue model, digital channels, and digital customer relationship enhancements beyond ‘online shop’.

A broader range of high-level opportunity areas and use cases to deliver against key business challenges and objectives.

Initial assessment of business value, user value, and technical feasibility of different use cases as a base for prioritization and further exploration.
