Vendor refund policy
Termination without cause: If customer terminates the agreement for any reason, no refunds are provided.
Termination with cause: If customer or V7 terminates the agreement for cause (as provided for in Clauses 23.3(a) and 23.3(b) in the V7 Terms of Service), a pro-rata refund will be issued.
