AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
Sigmify offers one pricing dimension: Apps and Conversations, billed per user. You choose between two billing cycles for the same access. The monthly option charges per user each month, while the yearly option charges per user for a full year. Both cover the same platform, so your choice depends only on billing term and how long you commit. Cost scales with the number of users you add. Adding more users raises the total; the per-user rate stays the same. There are no separate tiers or usage add-ons in this listing.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for the per-user billing?
Each user is one person you invite to the platform with their own login. You are billed for every active user account. Adding a colleague adds one billable user. The per-user rate applies whether they access the platform on web or mobile.
Does the monthly or yearly billing cycle include the same features?
Yes. Both cycles cover the same Apps and Conversations access. The monthly option charges per user each month with no long commitment. The yearly option charges per user for twelve months at once. Your choice affects only the billing term, not the capabilities you receive.
What can I do under Apps and Conversations, and what is not included?
You get team collaboration, conversations with context, document sharing, content search, and ready business apps. You can also build custom workflows with drag-and-drop process modeling. Development and support of extra custom applications is quoted separately and is not part of this per-user price.

Centralized Feedback Management with a Powerful Real-Time Dashboard
Reviewed on Feb 27, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about this platform is that it gives me centralised customer feedback management. Also, their real-time dashboard is very helpful in service performance tracking for business requirements. Their strong workflow automation for issue escalation and feedback collection is very effective. Their role-based feature across the team management is very helpful for collaborating effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their interface is not that modern or much intutive, and also the customisation of their report is a bit limited. Their integration ecosystems are not as wide as similar CX platforms out there. Advanced analytics should also be a bit deeper in terms of data sourcing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sigmify helps me solve the problem of handling the lack of structured customer feedback tracking, and also handles the delayed resolution of customer complaints. It also eliminates visibility on the service level performance. Fragmented reporting can be joined and centralised into a single entity.
