Tondo Smart Cloud-IQ

Tondo Cloud-IQ is a secure, modular smart city SaaS platform that unifies monitoring, control, and AI analytics across multiple urban infrastructure domains. Designed for municipalities, utilities, and infrastructure operators, Cloud-IQ helps reduce operational overhead, improve asset uptime, and strengthen protection against theft and safety risks at city scale.

Cloud-IQ connects lighting controllers, smart meters, acoustic sensing systems, IoT sensors, and third party devices into a single city wide management layer. The platform provides real time visibility, automation, and AI powered insights across heterogeneous infrastructure environments.

Cloud-IQ supports the following solution areas, aligned with the AWS Marketplace pricing packages:

• Lighting Management: Centralized control of connected lighting assets, profiles, and operational status, including analytics and reporting.

• Energy Management: Monitoring and optimization of energy usage, quality indicators, and operational efficiency.

• Transportation Management: Real time monitoring and AI assisted operational insights for mobility and traffic related infrastructure.

• Protection Management: AI based anomaly detection and alerting, including notifications for electricity and cable theft.

• Environmental API Access: API access to environmental and contextual data points such as temperature, cellular reception, and additional sensor telemetry.

• Drone Management: Oversight and operational monitoring for drone related use cases and connected systems.

• Acoustic Safety Management: Acoustic sensing with AI based detection and classification for public space safety and situational awareness.

Cloud-IQ enables customers to monitor and configure connected assets and to deliver secure software updates to supported controllers, including Tondo Edge-IQ and Cabinet-IQ, as well as other devices connected to the network. The platform provides robust reporting on sensor collected data, energy usage and quality, and anomaly alerts.

Cloud-IQ integrates with CRM systems, third party analytics tools, and service delivery applications to support end to end operational workflows. Role based access controls are included to securely manage users and permissions.

Licensing is based on the package metrics shown in the AWS Marketplace pricing section. Pricing models include per cluster and per data point options, depending on the selected solution package.
