This contract covers a single pricing dimension: Fulfillers, billed by user. Fulfillers are the staff who work on and resolve service requests within the platform. You pay based on the number of Fulfiller users you license. Pricing scales with your Fulfiller count, so adding more users increases the total. There are no separate tiers or usage add-ons here. This dimension supports digital workflow and IT service management capabilities for the users who deliver and manage services.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one Fulfiller user for billing?
A Fulfiller is a staff member who works on and resolves service requests inside the platform. This includes agents who handle service calls, tickets, changes, and problems. Each licensed Fulfiller counts as one user. People who only submit requests are not counted as Fulfillers.
What happens to my cost if I add more Fulfiller users during the term?
Cost scales directly with your Fulfiller count. Each added Fulfiller increases the total by one user's rate. There are no usage tiers here, so the same per-user rate applies as you grow. Adding users is a manual licensing change, not an automatic threshold event.
What capabilities do Fulfiller users get access to under this contract?
Fulfillers get access to IT service management and digital workflow tools. This covers handling service requests and incidents, managing SLAs, tracking changes, analyzing problems, and running automations. All applications share one data model, so Fulfillers manage cloud and on-premises IT services from a single system.
