Qrystal helps you maintain full control of voice service quality when moving to the cloud. It analyzes all VoIP traffic packet-by-packet, automatically detects root causes of issues like dropped calls, and shortens troubleshooting time by up to 80%. Integrated with AWS services, Qrystal enables you to reliably monitor voice service performance across your entire infrastructure. Qrystal is the only VoIP monitoring solution with integrated control and media plane analytics, providing a complete end-to-end view of your voice service performance. While moving voice services to the cloud offers tremendous benefits, the transition process introduces a critical trade-off between cloud flexibility and service visibility. Businesses need comprehensive visibility to maintain service quality and ensure that the user experience meets expectations. Qrystal eliminates this trade-off:
- Analyzes all call-related traffic in AWS (and on premises if needed)
- Automatically identifies problems such as dropped or silent calls
- Provides accurate and fast root cause analysis
- Aggregates data to provide valuable statistics and KPIs
- Assures high user experience that meets all user expectations Qrystal's patented time-slicing technology, conforming to ETSI TR 103 639 standards, delivers high temporal detail that genuinely represents end-user experience. This allows you to maintain control of your voice service quality while enjoying all the benefits AWS has to offer. Qrystal is easily deployed according to your requirements, whether fully cloud-based, hybrid, or as a managed service. Its flexible architecture supports small deployments up to large-scale tier-1 carrier implementations, with costs that scale with your needs. Use Qrystal to deliver significant business outcomes, including up to 96% decrease in dropped and silent calls, 80% shorter time-to-fix for issues, and comprehensive visibility into service quality that ensures your customers receive the premium voice experience they demand.

Qrystal Voice Service Monitoring (BYOL) - Manager and Probe
The CloudFormation template launches two EC2 instances: Manager and Probe. Manager has one ENI for OAM and Probe has two ENIs for OAM and monitoring.
CloudFormation Template (CFT)
AWS CloudFormation templates are JSON or YAML-formatted text files that simplify provisioning and management on AWS. The templates describe the service or application architecture you want to deploy, and AWS CloudFormation uses those templates to provision and configure the required services (such as Amazon EC2 instances or Amazon RDS DB instances). The deployed application and associated resources are called a "stack."
