HashiCorp Vault QuickStart

The programs consists of the following:

Phase: Discovery

• Conduct up to a (4) Hour Vault Discovery Workshop with your organization
• Understand Project Goals and Objectives
• Understand SLAs needed for the different clusters
• Validate requirements can be met with HCP Vault (as applicable)

Phase: Design and Plan

• Conduct up to a (4) Hour Vault Design Workshop with your organization
• Vault Enterprise (if applicable)  Create a Vault Design on AWS based upon the Design Workshop
• HCP Vault (if applicable)
• Create an HCP Vault Design on AWS based upon the Design Workshop
• Review the Vault pre-requisites required for deployment
• Build Backlog of Project Tasks for Project Execution

Phase: Build Out

• Deploy up to (1) Vault Platform within AWS consisting of up to (2) Production Vault Clusters, and up to (2) Non-Production Vault Clusters
• Deploy up to (3) Vault Enterprise Secrets Engines
• Develop up to (3) Vault Policies
• Enable up to (1) Vault Authentication Methods
• Vault Enterprise (if applicable)  Enable Vault Auto-Unseal with AWS if applicable
• Enable Auditing and Logging on the Vault Platform
• Provide Testing and Acceptance on the Vault Platform for Operations Team Onboarding
• Create Vault As-Built Documentation

Phase: Adoption

• Provide supporting documentation:
  • Training Plan
  • Change Management Plan
  • Onboarding and governance plan
  • Reliability Plan
  • Engagement Model
• Provide Vault Platform Enablement during a single working session up to (4) hours with customer point of contact"
