This data is based on reported cases data as reported in the Joint Reporting Form (JRF) table 1, Column E "Total confirmed Cases" For 2019, if a country did not submit a joint reporting form, measles and rubella cases were sourced from data reported through the monthly surveillance data available from: https://www.who.int/immunization/monitoring_surveillance/burden/vpd/surveillance_type/active/measles_monthlydata/en/
