- Workshop & Ideation: Crayon’s consultants work with key stakeholders to understand business goals, pain points, and expectations for GenAI, including review of data sources, change management requirements, and enablement needs to identify a use case for a proof-of-concept (POC).
- Proof of Concept (POC): After determining if Amazon Q Business or a more customized solution on Bedrock is the best fit, we will help implement a tailored solution for a limited set of users, providing an executive summary with outcomes and recommendations.
