Dive Health provides services via non-refundable subscriptions. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. In cases of technical errors or duplicate billing, please contact our support team at support@divehealth.ai within 30 days for a manual review. Approved refunds are processed exclusively through the AWS Marketplace platform.
