Vendor refund policy
PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. However, following the cancellation of any paid subscription, Customer and its End Users, as applicable, will continue to have access to Onshapes paid Service through the end of Customers current billing cycle. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to any or all of our Customers (credits).
