    Vendor refund policy

    YakTrak Refund Policy: Where a customer chooses to cancel all or part of a subscription, within the terms of the contract, YakTrak will refund the unused portion of the subscription.

    If YakTrak fails to meet Service Level Agreements set out in the agreement, YakTrak will provide service credits in line with the agreement.
