Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

This listing uses three pricing dimensions that work together. You start with the Base Subscription, which gives you access to the core platform, patient engagement tools, analytics dashboards, and standard support. The Base Subscription is customized to your study needs through private offers. On top of this, usage scales two ways. You pay per participant managed each month, and per active study managed each month. So your total cost grows with both the number of participants you enroll and the number of studies you run on the platform at once.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A participant is a single enrolled person managed on the platform during that month. You are billed per participant per month across your active studies. The count reflects participants you manage, so the charge rises as you enroll more people and falls as counts drop.
Three charges combine on one invoice. The Base Subscription is your fixed platform fee. On top, participant charges scale with how many people you manage, and study charges scale with how many active studies you run. Participant volume usually dominates for large trials, while study count dominates when running many small studies.
Yes. The study dimension bills per active study per month, so you pay only for studies running that month. As you add studies, the per-study charge applies to each new active one. The platform supports scaling across multiple studies and sites.

Jeeva Clinical Trials follows a no-refund policy for subscriptions and usage charges once the service has been provisioned. Customers may request a refund in exceptional cases such as billing errors or service issues by contacting our support team.
