Arcadia's cloud-based, HITRUST CSF -certified, HIPAA-compliant Data Platform is purpose-built with best-in-class big data technology to support data ingestion, computation, and storage. We have developed innovative methods to aggregate and curate enterprise data assets for our customers.
The Arcadia HITRUST CSF -Certified Data Platform is comprised of the following core components:
Arcadia Data Gateway: Proprietary adapters are built to ingest data from your source data systems (EHRs, HL7, payer files, exogenous data, etc.) into the Arcadia platform. The Data Gateway also actively monitors for data quality, health, and anomalies.
Arcadia Data Stream: The Data Stream matches members and data sources via a proprietary MPI, de-duplicates and normalizes to a common dataset, applies our NLP engine to process unstructured data, and immediately makes that curated member data available within our applications for advanced and ad hoc analytics.
Arcadia Data Core: Arcadia processes and calculates metrics key to the 3 pillars of value-based care: Medical Expense and Episodic Grouping, Risk Adjustment, and Quality/Compliance Measurement and stores them in common domains in a database tool that analysts are comfortable with.
Arcadia AI Engine: Arcadia's training dictionary powers predictive analytics and next best-action algorithms built to highlight patients that will be most impacted by programs typically adopted by organizations taking on risk.
Arcadia Data Foundry: A simplified data model built by analysts for analysts, and extensible to external data sets. Includes your aggregated data, stored in an exposed, in-spec data lake. Also includes the Sandbox, a blank slate to upload your own data and build your own reporting procedures.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You start with the Arcadia Data Platform, priced per 100,000 members over a 36-month term. From there, you add capability packages that match how you use the platform. Analytics, care management, and health plan add-ons also bill per 100,000 members per 36 months. Additional units of these packages scale by PMPM (per member, per month). Patient outreach through Arcadia Engage and Arcadia Engage Plus bills PMPM. Arcadia Vista Dashboards bill per 36 months, with premium content added PMPM. The desktop point-of-care overlay bills per user. You combine only the pieces you need.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does the "per 100,000 members" unit mean, and how is my member count measured?
Member count reflects the population your organization manages on the platform, such as patients attributed under value-based care contracts. Pricing scales in blocks of 100,000 members. The base Arcadia Data Platform and most capability packages bill on this basis over a 36-month term.
How do the 36-month package charges combine with the PMPM add-on charges on my bill?
The base platform and core packages bill per 100,000 members across the 36-month term. "Additional" units of those packages, plus Arcadia Engage, Engage Plus, and Vista Premium Content, bill PMPM (per member, per month). Both charge types can apply together, so a member population drives cost under two structures at once.
What drives cost for the Desktop Point-of-Care EHR Overlay, since it is not member-based?
The overlay bills per user, not per 100,000 members. Each individual who uses the point-of-care tool within your existing EHR workflow counts as one billable user. Cost scales with the number of staff accessing it, independent of your managed member population.
