What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the AI-powered immersive visualization feature. It also offers a good user experience, strong performance, and better support, along with integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the pricing factor is quite high. Comparatively, it should be more affordable for the SME and MSME market. It would be great if the price could be reduced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It claims it cuts down manual design time by using AI-driven automation tools, such as magnetic snap assembly, which automatically generates the 2D documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Designcenter Solid Edge easy to use. I like having part modeling, assembly design, and drawing in one connected workflow. It makes reviews easy and changes fast, and the streamlined design makes my colleagues happy. The visualization is nice for discussions with colleagues. It helps me catch fit and alignment issues before production, speed up development, and create detailed drawings. The initial setup was really easy, and everything went automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Designcenter Solid Edge tends to be slow on large designs, and its 3D visualization could be optimized.

I think that integrating AI with the mechanical engineering and offering seamless solutions to the industry rather than relying on repetitive labour intensive work is what I like the most
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the user interface feels outdated and visually unappealing to users. Also there is a lack of roadmap style of learning to make complex things easy and interactive to understand

What do you like best about the product?
The way it combines powerful design tools with a relatively straightforward interface. There's definitely a learning curve, especially when getting into more advanced features, but the overall workflow feels intuitive once you get used to it. The 3D modeling tools are responsive and the integration with other CAD formats makes collaboration easier. Performance is generally solid, although more complex assemblies can be demanding on your hardware. I also appreciate the automation features, which help speed up repetitive tasks. It's not the cheapest option, but the capabilities can make the investment worthwhile for teams that use it regularly. And there is a good amount of support in forums.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the more advanced features can be difficult to figure out at first. While the interface is generally well organized, certain tools feel less intuitive than others, and finding specific settings can take longer than expected.
