What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Designcenter Solid Edge is how easy it is to handle complex 3D models without freezing. The synchronous technology makes modifying parts very fast, saving me a lot of design time on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
For a beginner it is not very easy to use, in the university I used for a 3d model because i was an vehicle engineering student
There are also gaos regarding the frames that are dropped for a bit complex projects

I think is not very user friendly like I said so i don t know the fix improves but many of my colleagues said that autocad is more intuitive so implementation of more intuitive platform will be a huge win

What do you like best about the product?
One of its best qualities is the use of synchronous technology, which allows me to work without relying on a strictly ordered model; this, combined with its functionality for handling large assemblies, easily outperforms the competition. something highly valid and cost-effective within Solid Edge
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing process—specifically relocating my license—is very time-consuming; in the best-case scenario, it takes two to three full days to move it. While I don't lose access to the application itself, the turnaround time is significant compared to other software that handles this in minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Handling large assemblies is one of its greatest strengths; being able to visualize the complete assembly—while keeping it fully manageable—benefits both the timing and performance of my entire operation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that once Designcenter Solid Edge is set up, it helps save a lot of time with large assemblies that have minor changes made frequently. The initial setup of the software was also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the software not very intuitive, and I feel that the resources online are either hard to find or limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designcenter Solid Edge helps me manage large assemblies with minor modifications, like assembly lines and stairways, saving time when set up.

What do you like best about the product?
The options in the design configurator would make it easy to create new models on the fly. I also like the Quick Sheet option for creating a drawing. Overall, I like the way these tools make the process feel straightforward and efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more options for creating more detailed drawings, especially so I don’t have to manually re-arrange dimensions every time. It would also be helpful to have some AI tools to assist with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would help me avoid creating multiple models for similar products by letting me use one master file instead. It would also speed up the design workflow for my company and make the overall process more efficient.
