Vendor refund policy
Flowgenix uses a fixed Platform Fee and monthly AI Capacity; fees are committed capacity, not per-page units. Cancellations stop renewals but do not trigger refunds for the current month as fees cover security and maintenance. Monthly capacity is a non-refundable, use-it-or-lose-it allocation. Add-on Packs are reserved resources and cannot be reclaimed. Refunds are not granted for AI accuracy. Contact
