Flowgenix pricing has two parts. Three subscription plans set your base capacity by user count and monthly document limits. The Starter Plan covers up to 3 users and 500 documents monthly. The Growth Plan covers up to 10 users and 2,000 documents. The Scale Plan covers up to 30 users and 10,000 documents. You pick one plan as your foundation. Two Capacity Packs act as add-ons for extra document processing credits when you exceed your plan limit. The Basic pack adds 500 credits; the Large pack adds 2,500 credits. You combine packs with any plan as volume grows.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A document is one file processed by the platform's OCR and AI extraction engine, such as a PDF turned into structured data. Each processed file draws from your plan's monthly allowance. Once you exceed that allowance, additional files draw from any Capacity Pack credits you have added.
Your plan sets a monthly document allowance. To process beyond that, you add a Capacity Pack. The Basic pack adds 500 credits and the Large pack adds 2,500 credits. You can attach either pack to any plan. Packs are add-ons you choose, not automatic upgrades.
Both apply. Your plan sets a user cap and a monthly document allowance together. The plan you pick is your base cost. Capacity Packs add document credits independently when volume exceeds the plan limit. User count moves you between plans; document volume drives whether you need packs.

Vendor refund policy
Flowgenix uses a fixed Platform Fee and monthly AI Capacity; fees are committed capacity, not per-page units. Cancellations stop renewals but do not trigger refunds for the current month as fees cover security and maintenance. Monthly capacity is a non-refundable, use-it-or-lose-it allocation. Add-on Packs are reserved resources and cannot be reclaimed. Refunds are not granted for AI accuracy. Contact
