This structure scales with your projected volume, so higher expected spend leads to a higher agreed contract amount.

You are charged for each booking your team makes, whether flights, hotels, trains, or rental cars. Customer care, trip modifications, cancellations, account management, and 24/7 travel support carry no extra charge. These support services come standard, so your booking activity drives the cost.
Your contract price ties to your estimated annual travel spend, so a higher projected booking volume means a higher agreed amount. Because charges connect to actual bookings across flights, hotels, trains, and cars, periods with less travel activity mean fewer booking charges accrue.
You can issue unlimited physical or virtual debit cards at no added fee, with no foreign transaction or FX charges. Optional add-ons like duty of care coverage, invoice processing, carbon offsetting, and travel insurance apply extra fees when you opt in.
