Incentives That Pay Off. Not Just Pay Out.FTS gives airlines, tour operators and travel enterprises the infrastructure to design, automate, settle and measure incentive programs in one place.
Flex Travel Solutions (FTS) is a purpose-built SaaS platform for automating commission, incentive, payment, and channel management across the travel industry. Designed for airlines, tour operators, OTAs, hotels, and other travel suppliers, FTS replaces spreadsheets, email-based processes, and fragmented legacy systems with a centralized platform for managing complex agency relationships and incentive programs. The platform supports travel distribution environments including GDS, NDC, direct, BSP, and ARC channels, providing a single source of truth for booking, commission, and settlement data.
FTS includes a configurable no-code business rules engine for managing base commissions, overrides, tiered incentives, bonuses, accelerators, claw-backs, and other complex payout structures. Its platform also provides automated multi-currency payments, agency wallets and advances, reconciliation, agreement management, dispute resolution, forecasting, and real-time performance dashboards. Agencies can access a branded self-service portal to view earnings, tier progress, statements, program terms, and disputes.
With support for more than 65,000 travel agencies and over 130 currencies, FTS is designed for global, multi-market travel operations. The platform emphasizes auditability and security with PCI DSS compliance, SOC 2 certification, GDPR readiness, version-controlled agreements, and traceable approval workflows. By automating commission and incentive operations, FTS helps travel organizations reduce reconciliation effort, accelerate settlements, improve payout accuracy, and gain real-time visibility into channel performance and revenue.

AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one API call for the api_calls dimension?
Each API call is a single query to the platform for real-time booking flow integration, tier intelligence lookups, or third-party data exchange. The platform matches incoming booking feeds against your commission rules through these calls. You are billed by the volume of calls your integrations make.
What happens if my user count grows past my plan's limit?
Each plan caps users differently. The Basic Plan supports up to 50 users and the Pro Plan up to 150. The Enterprise Plan has no user cap. If you outgrow your plan's limit, you move to a higher plan rather than adding users to your current one.
How do the plan charges combine with the api_calls charges on my bill?
The two bill independently. Your chosen plan covers the platform, modules, and user capacity. The api_calls dimension bills separately by usage volume. Both appear on the same invoice. The plan drives your base cost, while heavy integration traffic raises the api_calls portion.
