Pricing is based on actual usage, with charges varying according to how much you consume. Subscriptions have no end date and may be canceled any time. Alternatively, you can pay upfront for a contract, which typically covers your anticipated usage for the contract duration. Any usage beyond contract will incur additional usage-based costs.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
If you are an AWS Free Tier customer with a free plan, you are eligible to subscribe to this offer. You can use free credits to cover the cost of eligible AWS infrastructure. See AWS Free Tier for more details. See Legacy AWS Free Tier for more details.
You pay by the hour based on the EC2 instance type you choose to run this WordPress hosting platform. Each dimension maps to a specific instance size, from small general-purpose types to large compute, memory, storage, and GPU-optimized options. Pricing scales with the capacity of the instance you select. You deploy the platform on a single EC2 virtual machine, and hourly charges accrue only while that instance runs. There are no tiers or add-ons here — you pick one instance type that fits your workload and pay the matching hourly rate.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What does one hourly unit map to, and how is it counted?
Each dimension maps to one running EC2 instance of that type. You pay for one instance-hour each hour the instance runs. Larger instance types carry more CPU, memory, storage, or GPU capacity, so their hourly rate is higher. You choose one instance type when you deploy the platform.
Am I charged when the EC2 instance is stopped or powered off?
Hourly software charges accrue only while the instance runs. When you stop or power off the instance, the hourly software charge stops. Underlying AWS storage for the stopped instance may still incur separate AWS fees. The software meters running time only.
Do I pay extra when I move to a larger instance type for more traffic?
You do not stack charges. You run one instance type at a time and pay its matching hourly rate. To scale, you switch to a different instance type; the hourly charge then follows the new type. There are no separate tier or add-on fees beyond the instance you run.
