Chat with multiple data sources (Coming Soon): You can chat with Structured databases and Unstructured documents all within the same chat window. This is a first-of-its-kind data enrichment experience.
Pricing:
Licensing: Our pricing is a consumption-based model. We charge a flat licensing fee of $2,500 per month per TensorInsights instance, which includes our Advanced Support and $.055 per chat question.
Installation and Integration: Installation and Integration fees are one-time fees based on your requirements.
Once you place your order, we will contact you within one business day to discuss your installation and integration requirements. We will provide you with a detailed summary of your costs. Once an agreed-upon scope is in place, we will deploy the TensorInsights platform into your AWS account. Billing will not begin until your environment is in place and accessible to you.
We bill your AWS Marketplace account in Tensor Billing Units. We provide you with a detailed billing statement at the end of each month.
Requirements:
You must have an AWS account with Bedrock or the Sagemaker Marketplace access. If you do not have this currently, we can help you gain access and deploy the platform once you do. Our Professional Services team can help create a new AWS account for you, if required, as part of our Deployment fees.

The software runs on your own AWS infrastructure and scales with you. When usage rises, you consume more units and your monthly consumption fee increases. When usage drops, that fee decreases. You pay only for the resources actually used, with no fixed quantity to commit.
The monthly charge covers licensing, support, and a consumption fee for resources used. You can self-install using a provided CDK, or have the vendor install it for a small fee. Underlying AWS infrastructure runs in your own account, so related AWS costs may apply separately.
