Pricing follows three tiers based on your organization's size, all billed per user under a contract. The Starter Plan covers small teams up to 50 employees with basic burnout analytics. The Professional Plan supports up to 250 employees and adds reporting and integrations. Enterprise Plus targets large organizations and includes custom deployment and dedicated support. As your headcount grows, you move to the tier that fits your employee count and support needs. Each tier scales by the number of users you enroll on the cognitive and mindfulness platform.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one user for billing across the plans?
Each employee you enroll on the platform counts as one user. Every person begins with a cognitive assessment, then completes daily training and mindfulness sessions. Managers who view aggregate team dashboards are also employees enrolled on the platform. You are billed for the total headcount you activate.
What happens if my employee count grows past a plan's stated limit?
Each plan is scoped to an employee range: Starter Plan up to 50, Professional Plan up to 250, and Enterprise Plus for larger organizations. If your headcount crosses a limit, you move to the tier that fits your new count. The plans are designed to scale from small teams to enterprises of 1,000 or more.
How do the three plans differ beyond employee count?
All three plans bill per user under a contract. The Starter Plan provides basic burnout analytics. The Professional Plan adds reporting and integrations, such as bringing nudges into the chat tools your teams already use. Enterprise Plus adds custom deployment and dedicated support for large organizations.
