You buy Looply through a contract based on user count, and each tier bundles matching capacity limits. The Up to 50 Users tier includes 200,000 transitions, 10 apps, and 10GB of storage. The Up to 500 Users tier includes 1 million transitions, 50 apps, and 50GB of storage. As you move to the higher user count, the included transaction volume, app count, and storage scale up together. You choose the tier that fits your user base and expected activity. Both tiers deliver the same SAP-to-Teams integration service.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one transition in the transaction limits for each tier?
A transition is one step Looply processes between your enterprise system and Teams, such as a notification sent or an approval action delivered. The Up to 50 Users tier includes 200,000 transitions; the Up to 500 Users tier includes 1 million. Each detected event or delivered card consumes from this count.
What counts as one "app" in the app limits, and what does that limit control?
An app is a unique bot you define and deploy through the App Manager for a specific part of your organisation. Each app supports its own branding and user management. The Up to 50 Users tier allows 10 apps; the Up to 500 Users tier allows 50.
Which capacity limit is most likely to drive my tier choice?
User count is the headline metric, but transitions, apps, and storage scale alongside it and are billed as one bundle. High-volume notification or approval activity consumes transitions fastest. Many separate bots consume the app count. Review your expected activity, not just user headcount, before choosing a tier.
