HOW IT WORKS
Week 1 — Architecture and Foundation Sprint: Our team embeds with yours on Day 1. We conduct rapid architecture design sessions, provision infrastructure using AWS CDK, stand up CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodePipeline, configure security baselines, and begin application development — all in the first week. AI-powered development using AWS Kiro IDE accelerates code generation, spec-driven design, automated testing, and infrastructure provisioning at 3-5x the speed of traditional development cycles.
Week 2 — Build, Integrate, and Deploy Sprint: Your team and ours build the target application or system together.
