I love everything about Smartling: the ease of use, the translation tool itself, the ease of communication with project managers when something comes up, the number of useful features it has, such as glossaries...
What do you dislike about the product?
The truth is, there's nothing I don't like!

Smartling is a reliable localisation platform that streamlines global content workflows. Its automation, integrations, and real-time reporting improve efficiency, visibility and quality control making it an excellent choice for managing multilingual marketing projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform stays fresh and relevant with constant updates that keep up with the latest tech trends - nothing to dislike really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It streamlines multilingual project management by centralising workflows and automating translations and reviews. It integrates with CMSs and other tools, ensuring consistent, efficient content updates across all languages.

its complexity to navigate for a new user, that is one has to learn it before using.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, many features that competitors software lack, use of AI, customer support. No downtime
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of, it really is my favourite tool. If any, I would like to have more AI options to choose from/the possibility to edit AI suggestions.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartling has a robust feature list, allows you to customize it yourself to use your own linguists or theirs depending on workflow, your own LLM or theirs, depending on workflow, and it has integrations with many platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find their platform outdated and clunky. The UI/UX is not intuitive and needs an overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartling is keeping all our translations in one place and is a source of truth for final versions. Its TM is applicable across projects.
