What do you like best about the product?
I couldn’t be happier with the team and the software. The project managers always answer my questions swiftly. They’re patient and will make sure everything is solved and understood. I’m very happy with their CAT tool. Very intuitive, it doesn’t crash nor lag. I always get work done with no complications. They have a notification system that is very helpful to be aware of new assignments even when not logged in.
As I spend more time in this collaboration I am hoping to get more and more work with them because I haven’t come across with such a good team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, not a single problem so far. I’m very happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the latest notifications have gone to my spam folder or disappeared. However, I have communicated this to the team and are working on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartling provides an easy-to-use platform for translators. Their workflow is streamlined and smooth. The user interface is simple and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reliability of the MT output varies. Occasionally the jobs are assigned with a tight deadline, without prior notice.

Smartling provides a user-friendly platform for my localization work.

What do you like best about the product?
Their workflow is smooth and uncomplicated, and their people are proactive and responsive. I like that we can send our queries and see those of other linguists' as well as clients' answers for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes during work I get confused about repetitions, fuzzies, and 100% match. Also, I get confused when I save the page I'm working on and the segments are refreshed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow is uncomplicated. It also improves my productivity.
