You pay based on usage, measured in minutes per user. Three separate dimensions let you match billing to how your users connect. Scheduled Sessions cover planned collaboration set up in advance. On demand sessions cover connections started spontaneously. Enterprise Deployments cover usage tied to larger, dedicated setups. Each dimension is billed independently by the minutes each user spends in that type of session. Your cost rises as user minutes increase across whichever session types you use.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one billable minute per user?
You are charged for each minute a single user spends inside a session. Two users in the same session count separately, so a 10-minute call with two users bills as 20 user-minutes. Charges track active session time, not the number of sessions started.
How do the three session dimensions combine on my bill?
Each dimension bills independently by its own user-minutes. Scheduled Sessions, On demand sessions, and Enterprise Deployments meter separately and add together. Your total is the sum across whichever session types your users use. The dimension driving the most cost depends on how your users connect.
How does On demand session billing differ from Scheduled Sessions?
On demand sessions meter user-minutes for connections users start spontaneously. Scheduled Sessions meter user-minutes for collaboration planned in advance. Both charge by active minutes per user, so cost depends on how much time users spend, not on how the session was created.
