What do you like best about the product?
Posso dizer que com zabbix podemos monitorar praticamente tudo aquilo que esteja na rede de computadores como nobreaks, servidores, controle de temperatura, portas, aplicativos, serviços, datacenter, sites etc. Ou seja, monitora/gerencia tudo aquilo que tenha ethernet. Sua flexibilidade a se moldar ao seu negócio é incrível! Tendo um pouco de expertise, pode ser configurado um outra aplicação chamada de Grafana onde pontencializar ainda mais o zabbix, trazendo dashboard inovadoras e customizadas.

Dependendo do tamanho da empresa e dos ativos monitorados, precisará ter recursos consideráveis para gerenciar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
O bencício maior do zabbix e o monitoramento e gerência dos ativos/softwares da empresa que temos. Poder prevenir incidentes recebendo alertas via telegram/sclak/e-mail/dashbord facilita e muito nosso NOC (núcleo Operaciona Centralizado) . Ou seja, com o zabbix diminuimos e muito o número de eventos/incidentes que ocorria em nosso negócio.
