The first step is creating your AI ready data set; here we need to ingest, transform and organize data (transactional, pricing, warehouse etc) from across your entire company into Peak. The next step is applying demand forecasting and inventory optimization models to the data and add business specific guardrails that factor in specific needs for your company i.e. lead times, seasonality etc.
