Overview
With the D2E method, we think "big" about your specific use case, start "small" and develop a scalable practical solution within 60-90 days. The so-called Minimum Viable Product, or MVP for short, is production-ready and only contains the most important basic functions in the first step. This allows you to gain valuable experience early on and then adapt and expand the product accordingly.
Objective: We translate business into IT and accompany you on the path to becoming a data-driven company. With our D2E workshop, you will quickly gain insights into the necessary transformation of your processes, get the most out of your data and make well-founded decisions in real time.
Result: During a two-day workshop, we work together to develop a roadmap, architecture and backlog for your minimal viable product. The MVP takes your individual requirements into account and can be quickly scaled to other business use cases. Last but not least, we provide you with specific recommendations for action with prioritized tasks, which we develop beforehand in the workshop.
Content and methods Within two weeks, we coordinate the use cases with you and define target groups and participants. In a further three weeks, we conduct a two-day workshop. We develop your MVP and draw up a roadmap, architecture and backlog.
Take-aways Comprehensive read-out document (preparation of the workshop) with the following content:
- MVP 1. Sprint plan 2. Architecture Blueprint 3. Story Board 4. Use cases
- Overall product 1. Target architecture 2. Think Big (long-term vision) 3. Business outcomes (business value) 4. Press Release
Highlights
- A professionally and technically certified D2E expert will guide you through the multi-day workshop. We apply the "Working Backwards Method". This means that we break down a complex problem-solving task. We go back from the desired result step by step in order to reach the goal. The method helps us not to lose sight of the desired result and to develop effective strategies.
- At the end of the workshop, our Woodmark experts will provide you with a comprehensive readout summarizing the results of the workshop. We describe the solution for your individual use case.
- Within the readout, we design a solution for you that has all the necessary information and is ready to be build. We call this solution with minimal resources a "minimum viable product (MVP)", which we use to examine whether it actually offers the desired benefits. Based on the feedback from the first users, we continuously improve the solution in order to further adapt it to customer needs.
