We do a lot of JMeter load testing, often over 100,000 users. We have used several services in the past, and always dealt with high cost (at times $4-5k per test), or lack of flexibility.
Redline13 has been a paradigm shift for us. We are able to run massive load tests with total flexibility and at extremely low costs (150k test was $120, would have cost us $10k or more with another service)
We have tons of options and the support is excellent.
Frankly, they are the best out there, worth every dollar.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the service is really good, what I like the most is that it is very easy to use, also, it is very cheap compared to other sites, it is very satisfying to know that your website is in good hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, I have been impressed with how great the service is, I definitely recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problems so far, the service is perfect.
