You buy this platform on a contract based on seat count. A seat means one unique platform user per month in your customer-deployed ecosystem. Four options are available: 1,000, 10,000, 25,000, and 50,000 Seats. Each option sets your monthly user capacity, so pricing scales with the number of users you plan to support. Pick the seat count that matches your expected monthly active users. All options cover the same dedicated deployment; only the user capacity differs across them.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one seat for billing purposes?
A seat is one unique platform user in your customer-deployed ecosystem, counted per month. Each distinct user who accesses the platform during the month uses one seat. Your seat count sets the number of unique monthly users your deployment can support.
What happens to cost if my user count grows beyond my seat tier?
Each option sets a fixed monthly user capacity: 1,000, 10,000, 25,000, or 50,000 seats. To support more unique monthly users, you move to a higher seat option. The change is not automatic. Pick the seat count that matches your expected monthly active users.
Where does this ecosystem run, and does more capacity require more servers?
You deploy within your own cloud infrastructure, behind your firewall, with a dedicated database under your control. According to the vendor, the platform scales to many simultaneous users without adding servers or DevOps work. Your chosen seat option sets user capacity, not infrastructure count.
