Umans AI Prepaid Inference Credits allow organizations to purchase AI inference capacity through AWS Marketplace and allocate it to a shared Umans AI wallet.
Customers choose the amount of credits they want to purchase. Each unit purchased corresponds to one Umans AI credit, with one credit equivalent to USD 1 of inference usage.
Credits can be consumed progressively across the open-weight models available through the Umans AI platform. Usage is calculated according to the input and output token pricing of each selected model.
The organization dashboard provides visibility into wallet balance, credit consumption and team activity.
This product does not include a recurring monthly allocation. Additional charges occur only when the customer requests another wallet top-up.
Umans AI provides OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible APIs, managed inference infrastructure and a Zero Data Retention policy, enabling organizations to deploy generative AI applications without operating their own GPU infrastructure.

Every model has its own per-token rates for input, output, and cached tokens. Lighter models draw down your wallet more slowly per token than the heavier coding models. Your total draw depends on which models you call and how many tokens each request sends and returns.
Your prepaid balance is the real spending limit. Requests draw against it until it is exhausted. Add more credit units to top up the same shared wallet and keep workloads running. Burst limits grow with your lifetime top-ups, so heavier usage raises your concurrency ceiling.

Vendor refund policy
Wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable, except for billing errors, duplicate or unauthorized charges, or top-ups not credited to the wallet. Refund requests must be submitted to contact@umans.ai within 30 days of purchase. EU/EEA consumers may withdraw within 14 days and receive a refund for unused credit, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
