What do you like best about the product?
like being able to highlight sections of the captured screen and attach comment
can only do one per screen - not sure if this is a restriction

What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues with capturing the files with windows 11 - can't delete ones i dont want.
lack of documentation on how its supposed to work especially with the app eg demo of what is supposed to do -if u havent used it before now help available- we talked to the helpdesk before christmas and it is still not working properly for windows 11
we have the free version and find some of the features are not avail also can't print out copies for working on it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been dealing with the helpdesk person (Supriya think they are in the USA) since who regularly tell us they will advise when it will be fixed but we are still waiting.

Flexible Tours with Powerful HTML Screenshot Editing

What do you like best about the product?
I like the options that Storylane offers, especially the ability to create basic screenshots, HTML, and video. You can make the tour as simple or as advanced as you want. I specifically like the HTML option and being able to change elements within the screenshot so it can tell the story better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that you can’t add HTML screenshots to an existing basic screenshot demo; you have to start a new demo from the beginning with HTML. Also, the Projects UI and the archived demos section feel a bit weird and hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Demonstrating what our product has to offer.

What do you like best about the product?
once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to add certain breakpoints in strategic time intervals to assist our existing customers very conveniently. the support is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
there currently isn't a provision to add text overlays, music and the zoom feature needs to be more polished - zoom option is very limited and doesn't allow the feature in certain spots where needed and also the capacity is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is allowing me to create walkthrough and launch videos for our customers and prospective customers very easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is great. They created some custom code that helps with lead capture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each feature is an add on cost. Even something as simple as embedding a hubspot form. It seems very nickel and dime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to showcase our product and provide product walk throughs in a very easy to understand formate.
