What do you like best about the product?
once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to add certain breakpoints in strategic time intervals to assist our existing customers very conveniently. the support is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
there currently isn't a provision to add text overlays, music and the zoom feature needs to be more polished - zoom option is very limited and doesn't allow the feature in certain spots where needed and also the capacity is limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane is allowing me to create walkthrough and launch videos for our customers and prospective customers very easily.

The team is great. They created some custom code that helps with lead capture.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each feature is an add on cost. Even something as simple as embedding a hubspot form. It seems very nickel and dime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to showcase our product and provide product walk throughs in a very easy to understand formate.

What I like best about Storylane is how easy it is to create interactive product demos without needing heavy technical support. The platform is very intuitive, which makes it simple to build, edit, and iterate quickly especially when working across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is that while the platform is great for creating guided demos, there can be some constraints when trying to customize more complex interactions or highly dynamic product flows

Storylane helps us scale how we showcase our product by providing an interactive, self-serve demo experience for prospects. Instead of relying solely on live demos, it allows potential customers to explore key features on their own time, which is especially valuable for early-stage engagement.
For our team, this means we can create a more efficient and consistent demo experience across marketing and sales. It shortens the sales cycle, increases engagement on our website, and helps qualify leads by giving them a clearer understanding of our product before speaking with our team.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how fast you can build. The learning curve is minimal, which matters when you're trying to get adoption across a team that doesn't have time to learn another tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the tool when an organization needs multiple licenses can be prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using it for sales enablement and internal training, not just prospect-facing demos. New hires can walk through product workflows at their own pace, and sellers can send interactive leave-behinds after discovery calls instead of static PDFs that nobody opens.
