Innovative and User-friendly Demo Creation Tool

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and innovative. Creating these demos helped me even more to see our product through the eye of our users, which was great. Changing images is easy and can be done in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving images from one section to another could be easier. Video handling has room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The use cases are varied: we send it to non-qualified leads that ask for a demo, we use it on the website and we are thinking of implementing it as a onboarding tool in our product.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Storylane is how simple and intuitive it is to build product tours. It has really streamlined the onboarding process for our new customers. The tool is very user-friendly and easy to get started with, which makes it quick to create engaging and effective walkthroughs.

Besides improving our onboarding, Storylane has also helped us increase sales by allowing us to share interactive demos with potential customers — giving them a quick and engaging way to explore our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I upload my own images, they often end up being low-resolution, which affects the overall quality of the demos. If I use Storylane’s built-in screenshot tool instead, it tends to generate a lot of unnecessary images.

I also wish it were easier to duplicate and move slides or sections between different tracks or demos — including the images, text boxes, and formatting — so that everything stays consistent without having to rebuild from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane helps us simplify customer onboarding by turning complex platform walkthroughs into interactive product tours. It saves us a lot of time when introducing new customers to our product and ensures a consistent experience. It has also helped our sales team by allowing us to share personalized demos with potential clients, which makes it easier to communicate our value quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Storylane makes it really easy to create interactive product demos without needing engineering help. The flow feels intuitive, and I like how you can customize steps, add hotspots, and share links instantly great for showing real product context to users or stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editing interface feels a bit limited small adjustments like aligning elements or managing multiple screens can get clunky. It would be nice to have finer control over layout and faster preview loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storylane helps me create guided product demos without depending on developers or complex setups. It saves a lot of time when showcasing user flows, especially for internal reviews or client presentations. It also makes it easier for others to explore the product interactively instead of watching static videos or slides.

What do you like best about the product?

Editing can also feel a little fiddly when adjusting steps or reordering screens. It’s nothing major, but a smoother editing experience would make it even better.

It means visitors can explore key parts of the platform instantly instead of booking a demo first. What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate for a first time user. I really enjoy how it captures screenshots, by using clicks as a trigger.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a well rounded product. The AI Avatar, could use some work. Not on the visual side, but it's very difficult to get the correct tone of voice.

Providing quick overviews of key features, products or general user guides.

What do you like best about the product?
As a demand gen marketer, Storylane makes everything super intuitive, streamlined, and easy to leverage across web + digital initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only "issue" I have run into is some GA4 integration difficulties as it was treating each iframe/embed view as a separate "Page View", "Session" and other metrics; however, support helped me implement changes to update this (but was not out of box).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) driving high-intent traffic + users into a "Demo Environment"/"Product Tour"s
2) knowing what accounts are viewing the Storylane demos, and what channels they are coming from
3) detailed reporting to understand what is working, where prospects are dropping off, where to double down, etc. based on demo/flow analytics. Really helps with optimizing demo tours.

What do you like best about the product?
Storylane makes it incredibly easy to create interactive product demos without needing any code. The interface is intuitive, and setting up guided tours takes just a few minutes. I especially appreciate how quickly I can share demos with prospects and embed them in marketing pages. It saves a lot of time during sales and onboarding, and the analytics help me see which parts of the demo people engage with most.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create tutorial videos/ demos and easy to distribute. Love that there are analytics available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see a little bit more flexibility on the design choices of the text bubbles and text formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to distribute self-guided demos and much quicker to create that a full-blown demo video. It helps our users learn how to use our Apps more quickly and offers a alternative way to learn for those that learn more by doing rather than listening.
