Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Pricing combines two parts. First, you pick a monthly platform plan: Starter, Growth, Scale, or Enterprise. Plans differ by connector and domain limits, with Scale and Enterprise offering unlimited connectors and domains. Second, you pay for usage on top of your plan. Usage charges cover AI model tokens by model and direction (input or output), connector compute time in milliseconds, entity fact fields ingested, entity fact fields stored per month, and image files uploaded to S3. Usage bills on actual consumption, so costs scale with how much you process and store.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
A fact field is one attribute on a business entity's digital twin, such as a customer's loyalty score or churn risk. Ingestion counts each fact field sent in from your events. Storage counts each fact field kept on the twin, billed per field per month. The two charges apply separately.
Yes. Your monthly platform plan fee covers connector and domain limits only. Usage charges for AI tokens, connector compute, entity ingestion, entity storage, and S3 uploads bill separately on actual consumption. These accrue whenever you process events, run agents, or store data, regardless of your plan tier.
AI tokens bill by model and direction. Each model has separate input and output token dimensions. Input tokens cover what you send to the model; output tokens cover what it generates. Charges add up across every agent invocation. Larger context and longer responses raise token counts, so cost scales with how much each agent reads and writes.

Vendor refund policy
Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at end of billing period with no partial refunds. Usage-based charges (AI tokens, compute, storage) are non-refundable once incurred. Billing errors may be disputed within 30 days at support@hypertrail.ai ; confirmed errors are credited within 10 business days. Service outage credits available within 14 days of incident.
