Pricing
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor, and additional usage. You pay upfront or in installments according to your contract terms with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. Usage-based pricing is in effect for overages or additional usage not covered in the contract. These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

Dimensions summary
You pay a monthly platform fee plus usage-based metering. Platform tiers are Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise, set by connector and domain limits, with Enterprise priced by custom agreement. On top of the tier, usage charges apply per unit: connector compute time in milliseconds, entity fact fields ingested, entity fact fields stored per month, and image files uploaded to S3. AI processing bills per token consumed, split into separate input and output token dimensions for each supported AI model. These usage dimensions are independent and accrue based on your actual consumption.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Ingestion bills per fact field sent into the platform. Storage bills per fact field kept, charged per month. A fact is a single timestamped attribute on an entity, such as loyalty tier or churn risk. Each entity can hold many fact fields, and each counts separately.
You pay a fixed monthly platform fee for your tier, then usage charges add on top. Usage covers connector compute time, fact fields ingested, fact fields stored, S3 uploads, and AI tokens. Each usage dimension meters independently by actual consumption. All charges appear together and rise as event volume grows.
Usage charges bill on actual consumption and are non-refundable once incurred. Monthly platform fees are non-refundable for the current period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You may downgrade at any time, with the new rate starting the next billing period.

Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at end of billing period with no partial refunds. Usage-based charges (AI tokens, compute, storage) are non-refundable once incurred. Billing errors may be disputed within 30 days at support@hypertrail.ai ; confirmed errors are credited within 10 business days. Service outage credits available within 14 days of incident.
