This experience comes from working with customers like HotelTonight, IDeaS, Priceline, Rappi Travel, Skyscanner, Travelport, VENZA, and Volara, among others. Over a period of 6 weeks, DataArt team will work with your business and technical stakeholders in these stages:

  1. Use Case Identification (1 week): Our team will work closely with you to define your business objectives and identify the AI use case that aligns with your goals.
  2. Experimentation and Development (4 weeks): The DataArt team will explore the data, experiment with different models on AWS Bedrock, enhance the results with advanced prompt engineering techniques, and create a simple API or UI for testing the approach.
  3. Deployment and Planning (1 week): The final phase focuses on deploying the model on your AWS cloud and planning the next improvement phases, like fine-tuning and scaling.

After the last stage your team will receive:

• Prototype: Functioning prototype demonstrating the implementation of the agreed Generative AI use case, ready for integration in subsequent project phases.

• Solution Design: AI solution design and production integration planning with pre-computed cloud costs.

• Project Plan: A complete project plan for integrating the AI solution into your existing ecosystem with a defined team structure and budget for the project's subsequent phases.
