However, if a customer experiences a verified technical issue that prevents use of the product, Aokumo may provide a prorated refund or service credit at its discretion. In many cases, Aokumo's professional services team can resolve technical issues directly as part of standard support. Customers should contact support@aokumo.ai within 30 days of purchase to request assistance. Refunds or credits will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
