Overview
- Planning - include review of the project requirements (new deployment), discuss milestone timelines, identify the Customer’s project team members and follow-up action items
- Configuration - Onboard Prisma Cloud Enterprise Users to access Prisma Cloud Console (1) Deploy two (2) defenders within supported platforms (AKS, EKS, GKE, K8s, OS 3.x/4.x) or Host Defender on any supported cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Alibaba, …) Deploy one (1) Serverless or App-Embedded Defenders Enable Agentless Scanning Enable Serverless Auto-Defend for Hosts and ServerlesS Configure Kubernetes auditing and admission control for one (1) cluster Configure Trusted images and VM image scanning for one (1) image Configure scope for serverless functions Configuration Defenders to scan appropriate one (1) registry Configuration of RBAC for Roles and User Accounts Configure one (1) WAAS applications Configure a single (1) Cloud Discovery to discover unprotected resources Configure a single (1) Code Repository Integration with one (1) alert providers (Splunk, Google Pub/Sub, Google Command Security Center, JIRA or E-mail) Integration with one (1) Continuous Integration (CI) tools for image scanning (i.e. Bamboo, Spinnaker, Jenkins)
- Policy Tuning – Tune or tighten for up to ten (10) rules and policies for runtime protection. One (1) four (4) hours sessions to tune vulnerability/runtime/compliance rulesets
- Validation - Review events to build additional Compliance and Vulnerability rules
- Knowledge Transfer - Netcontroll consultant will provide knowledge transfer and as-built document upon completion of all the tasks identified in the service description One (1) sessions for up to two (2) hours and up to eight (8) participants
