Dimensions summary
You buy an annual subscription based on how many users need access. The 10 User Licenses option covers up to 10 users. The 50 User License applies a 2.5% discount, and the 75 User License applies a 5% discount, so the per-user rate drops as user counts rise. All three give access to executive simulations, dashboards, and decision-readiness experiences. If you need a different user count, multi-year terms, custom simulations, facilitator training, or organization-wide deployment, the Custom Enterprise Pricing option is negotiated directly with the vendor.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
Each license covers one named user who accesses the executive simulations, dashboards, and decision-readiness experiences. The 10, 50, and 75 User options cap how many users can hold access during the annual term. Reaching the cap means moving to a higher user count or the Custom Enterprise option.
Each option is a fixed annual subscription for a set user cap. Growth past your cap is not automatic. You move to a higher user count option or negotiate Custom Enterprise Pricing. The discount attaches to the whole option, not just added users.
Your annual license covers simulation participation, coaching, analytics, benchmarking, and reporting for your user count. Live facilitated sessions, custom-built simulations for your industry, facilitator training, and enterprise reporting are separate add-ons. Vendor refund policy
Annual subscription refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before onboarding or material platform usage. Professional services, workshops, custom simulations, and delivered training services are non-refundable once scheduling or delivery preparation has begun. Refunds may be prorated based on usage or services delivered.
