The Well-Architected product is designed to provide an entry point for a client at a low cost but provide high value quickly. The goal is to utilize a Well-Architected Review to identify areas of concern where a deeper analysis can be performed. The findings from this analysis should result in an action plan to remediate the issues and build additional value with the client to form a longer-term relationship.
Overview
The Well-Architected Review validates key concepts, design principles, and architectural best practices for designing and running workloads in the cloud that have been followed.
By answering a few foundational questions, clients will learn how well their architecture aligns with cloud best practices for scalability and agility utilizing services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway and Event Bridge and gain guidance for making improvements. Through these improvements and patterns we weil form a roadmap to modernize your applications to harness the full power of the cloud.

- Discovery sessions focus on the Current State of the Client Application. Client will receive a report to help identify gaps and measure progress toward compliance with the framework.
- The WAR focus areas include achieving Operational Excellence by refining processes, ensuring robust Security, and maintaining Reliability through resilient systems. Prioritizing Performance Efficiency by optimizing resources, implement Cost Optimization to maximize value, and integrate Sustainability practices.
- Clients will receive an Executive Summary, Technical findings and a phased action plan for remediation.
