Redmine is a free and open source, web-based project management and issue tracking tool.     Thank you for using Classmethod Redmine AMI. This AMI is based on Amazon Linux 2 Kernel 5. Once the instance is running, you can connect to the operating system via SSH with your Amazon private key and the username 'ec2-user'. Redmine can be accessed at - https://{your-ec2-ip-address}/

    For a quick start guide and setup instructions on how to get your Redmine password, please check out our documentation at https://cloudcookie.info/docs/aws-documentation/aws-redmine-5_0-on-amazon-linux-2/ 

    This version contains updated MySQL (5.7) and Redmine (5.0). You can backup the entire database with mysqldump command line tool. In addition to the mysqldump text file, you will need to copy attachment files manually. Please check detailed instructions as follows: https://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineBackupRestore  Please take a snapshot of all volumes on your running instance before migration so that if the migration process failed you can restore from the EBS snapshot.
