Invoices are captured through a simple web upload, read into structured, confidence-scored fields by Amazon Textract, and reconciled against purchase orders, goods receipts and vendor master data synchronised from SAP ERP Central Component, SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP. Fields the platform is confident about pass straight through; anything uncertain, or that doesn't reconcile, is presented to a reviewer alongside the original document for a fast, side-by-side decision. On approval, the invoice, header, line items and original document, posts directly into SAP, and the AP team is notified automatically. Built on AWS-native document intelligence, IBP Finance removes the manual keying and cross-checking that slows AP teams down, while giving finance leaders real-time visibility into invoice status, ageing, working capital and cash flow through dashboards connected directly to SAP data. Every extraction, validation, correction and approval is captured in a complete, field-level audit trail, turning AP compliance into a system property rather than a reporting exercise.
