Trustsoft offers Operations & SRE in various models:
Consultation – you are responsible for the infrastructure, we offer service desk, hotline and Slack for consultations and SLA for response. Regular AWS Well-architected framework reviews are available.
Jointly managed operations give you everything you get in the Consultation package and on top of that: SOC, monitoring, patch management, problem management and root cause analysis, along with a pool of resolution hours for incidents and service request on top of that. You get your own service manager from Trustsoft.
Fully managed operations include, along with everything in Jointly managed package, SLA for incident resolution. Our service is ITIL compliant and we are certified against ISO 27k, ITSM and business continuity standards.
